I smoke and smoke while reading, posting, browsing GFY and
can't stop it.

bad habit i just quit

dont smoke at home.
your house must stink from smoke.

Just a smoke your first cigarette 15 minutes later every day.

Must be all the angst and testosterone flowing through the board that breaks down your resistance:1orglaugh

I moved and I don't smoke in my house. I go outside. The cold weather has helped me reduce the amount that I smoke. Hopefully I'll be able to quit soon!

i used to love to smoke when i was browsing online...still miss it. but i don't want to die from it.

i just got back from the docs yesterday and because of smoking, especially in the apartment cause its cold out, got me ALL fucked up! I have a bad sinus infection & bronchitis all due to smoking. The sinus infec. came from smoking in small enclosed rooms (such as my apartment). I always smoke outside, except in the winter.

He gave me 3 differernt meds and an inhaler.......every since then, i have had 5 cigs (that was almost 19 hours ago)......i look at my half-empty pack and think "I want one but i dont".

Its amazing what you think about after being on a Breather Respirator for 30 mins because you're a smoker & only 23 yrs old . :warning

Fuck it get's scary!!! think it's time to stop!
