The melody is from popular Russian serial about crime group. I'd say the movie is nothing special, but it appeals to russian mentality. These guys made some fun of it (incorrect English was supposed).

Interesting to hear how it looks with english speakers here :) I mean - do you find it any funny without knowing a movie itself? Or it doesn't ring any bell?
