It is 1:31 AM PST. I am still sick...I think it has been close to two weeks now...but I am definitely improving. I have even done alittle work...very little.

Something that makes me see red...people not doing their job...and/or doing what they say they will do.

I have been trying for the past six weeks...or so...to get Charles Shwab to send me a guide and forms that I have to have. They did send out a guide and forms twice...but not what I requested. I have been calling once per week and every week I have been told that they will mail me the correct guide and forms and I have yet to receive them...although they keep telling me that they were mailed out. Today...I called three different regional offices and each agreed to mail me the proper guide and forms. I will have to now wait another week to see if any of the three actually mail them out.
