seriously I can think of no other drummer that can hold a candle to Neil Peart, he's the real deal, and I'm not really that much of a Rush fan but godamn that guy has got some incredible abilities.

I second that! I saw them at the Thomas and Mack center. His drum solo was on a platform that turned upside down, sideways, and just kept turning for his entire solo. It was classic, never seen anything like it.

i dont think you can say one is the best, buddy rich caouldnt do what bonham did and bonham couldnt do what buddy did.

My personal favourite is bonham, he was way ahead of his time, he changed rock drumming forever. i also like lars, his skills are shit, but he is a good performer. there are heaps of good drummers out there though.
