NACHA is the organization that regulates ACH Check transactions. They're to ACH, what the card associations are to V/MC merchant accounts

Yes...But it's not like you won't able to take a check payment online anymore. You just won't be able to take it via ACH

oh they finally got tired of all the customers and their fraud, and are of course blaming the adult sites, right?

that is the most ridiculous b.s. i've ever heard, nacha is considering some new rules but it has nothing to do with adult specifically and nothing to with the internet specifically.

the new rules they are proposing are only in regards to who pays fees for certain kinds of failed transactions.

i guess it's possible that you could see the check processing % go up a few points because of it.

this is another example of people screaming "the sky is falling" when they dont know which way is up.
