Falling Down...

:thumbsup

it's good, and has some funny parts in it...

Mateo1721 01-30-2004 02:32 PM

Snatch, that movie is way too funny

MiLo 01-30-2004 02:40 PM

I dont watch much of the crap that comes these years on the theatres... but this one blew me away...

City of God

For a fun slasher i would recommend: Hell Night

(dont read much on that page, terrortrap is FILLED with spoilers!)

:winkwink:

I loved this movie...:thumbsup

If you are at all into fantasy and adventure, the Lord Of The Rings series is a sure bet.

Grosse Pointe Blank is absolutely hilarious (starring John Cusack).

Notting Hill seems like a chick flick but ends up being hilarious.

City of God is an excellent drama.

Snatch and Lock Stock and 2 Barrells loaded are hilarious.

I cant think of the name, but Keanu was a baseball coach with a bad gambling problem and was filmed in the projects.. was a good movie.

RRACY 01-30-2004 04:10 PM

Reckless with Darryl Hannah and Aidan Quinn.

Three of my favorites. Especially suitable for watching during a non-stop movie weekend along with Magnolia, Natural Born Killers, Lost Highway, Sonatine, Reservoir Dogs, Fargo, Frailty, A Clockwork Orange, Getting My Brother Laid, American Beauty and Spirited Away. :thumbsup

Another vote for Snatch if you haven't seen it...

Also, Pulp Fiction should be on everyone's must-see-a-few-times list.

As far as dramas go, everyone should see The Usual Suspects at least once.
