Weird PS7 Problem
 

Okay I cannot convert text to shape.

I keep getting this message over and over no matter what kind of text I choose, no matter how I've set the anti-aliasing:
could not complete the convert to shape command because he type layer uses a faux bold style

I've shut down the program etc etc...but still the same issue.

Check that the first T to the left in the text palette is not pushed down.

OMG...I went over everything or so I thought.

Why is it always the most simple thing...kinda like they used to say..."if it had been a snake it would have bit you."

Yup, that's the way things usually are.

My programs tells the same then asks me if I want to remove the faux bold style, I hit ok and we are done.

Check under your character menu and turn off the faux bold.. that should make it work. If you don't have it open, go to window > character, it should be there.
