yeah I hate to see it go as well.. but dirtydanza.com is converting so much better so my marketing for her site is kinda gone know what I mean.... but your right... someone will make a shit load off of her.. I never really pushed hard traffic to her.... so 20-25k is not asking alot... most sites sell for 8 months to a year of what they bring in.... I am being cheap......

actually Tawnee Stone updates alot, she shoots regularly for LS, as do all their girls.

maybe u could contact the girl and ask her if she would do more shoots if a new owner of the site took over? there are shooters in Las Vegas like Joe who could shoot her for a new owner.

well her site has converted no worse than 1/300 since nov of 02 so unless your site beats that... and fact is most members no matter how many times you update will only rebill 2-4 times.... I bet you get as many cancells as I do and I have not touched her site but to rotate videos every 2 weeks and never really had to many complaints.... fact I think some people forget they even have a pornmembership and rebill from day one....

anyone who has 24k in their pocket to buy an existing site will at least do some very quick numbers on it:

current alexa rank:
Traffic Rank for rileyryder.com: 318,875

of course that is just an estimate, but all traffic indicators for it indicate a downward trend trend at this time.

that traffic rank indicates about 200-300 uniques/day traffic.

if conversion ratio is 1:300 (it might be) that indicates maybe 1 new signup per day.

which means the bulk of income probably is on a declining base of renewals.

not saying you can't throw traffic at it and make it do something.

but i have a good idea what it is actually presently worth based on ROI.

and it is nowhere near 24k.

25 full vids... bout 15-20min long with her and I hardcore...

bout 7 pic sets and 3 vids not on the site... right now I rotate vids.. keep about 12 up for 2 weeks and then switch to the other 12 then throw a new one in every now and again.... it's a good deal and you will make your money back... people who deal with me know I don't bullshit.. and keep it real....

but that also goes back to my old saying... nothing is worth anything unless someone is willing to pay it.... you can have a micky mantel rookie card and becket says it's worth 7k but if you can only find someone willing to pay 5k for it then it's only worth 5 know what I mean.... thats why I said make me an offer

a site like this is (in this market) is worth it's daily new signups extrapolated out, not it's income based on current recurring membership which might be declining.

if you told me it signed up 5 new recurring/day you might be able to justify the price.

5-10 a day depending... sometimes less sometimes more.... you know the industry... as far as retention... I'd say I get at least a rebilll 1/7 members..... not to bad

i saw an interesting sample vid on it where the chick is putting pop candy in her mouth and sucking. interesting and inventive. if the rest of the content is like that, it might be a sleeper that just needs a push.

Dirty you should have shot alot more still photosets on her, videos are better of course and u have lots of them but photosets are still good and it would really fill out the site and make updates easier than just rotating the videos.
