Opening bank account and incorporating in the US

Hello

Does anyone around here got any experience with seting up bank account in the states for non US citizens. Everything necessary is fixed (ITIN, EIN, etc), we just need to find a cheap place who could set up the account.

These guys could do it for $500. Do you know any cheaper?

Thanks in advance,
Jonas

PS. What's the most affordable place you know for incorporating? (LLC in Delaware). DS

It shouldn't be a question of the price, they should take care of you!

Well, your right. It's just that there are thousands of 'incorporators' and I just thought the competition could generate lower prices, cause their expenses shouldn't be very high (i guess).

where does it say $500 ? also cant find the US bank account most companies go with a Latvian bank and mind you you have to get an apostille too

DutchTeenCash 01-29-2004 01:50 PM

it doesnt say bank account... nowhere... or im wrong.. if you JUST want a DE company check on delaware at google some companies are as low as $250 for setting it up then again thats without nominees

if you dont want the LLC in your name you gotta do that and thats another $500 at least... do some reading and youll see its a lot more complicated

Call tanna at National business incorporators...she works with a lot of paycom clients and we love her...she can hook you up with a bank account for a lot less than $500...can also inc for you if you need as well...

This is funny, foreigners asking how to establish a US presence to open a bank account, etc., and another thread by people who want help opening a non-US presence and non-US bank account....perhaps they can switch identities? :1orglaugh

I think it makes a more serious impression to be registered in the US. That's worth more than 15%.

So do I ... with 50K already in it ...:1orglaugh

Jokes aside, I did my corp on line ( DElaware. EIN, Apostille, ...) with www.ail.corp ( about 400.00 but check on line the prices). Get them to do the EIN.

Bank account are relatively easy, I use the TD waterhouse in NY.

Prices are basically all in the same bracquet, so that should not be your main decision maker.
