Verotel Payouts...Getting yours?
I'm set up with Verotel to receive monthly payouts. Usually by the end of the first week of each month they send an email detailing the weekly transaction amounts, the total on the check that's coming, blah blah blah.
But I never received an email for January, -- nor did I receive a check (duh)? Has anyone else not received payment? Of course I've emailed customer support (nothing), called (they are in bed, call back some other time), tried Nicole, all I got from their payment's dept. was an automated response saying: "Due to an excessive level of customer enquiries following the implementation of our new rate system, some delays may be experienced in receiving your requested information." Christ, that was "implemented" in fucking September ! of last year. :feels-hot What's up with this shit? |
Yeah, I've gotten both my 'payout email' and my check. Are you an affiliate or a paysite owner?
Try the 'Live Help' available when logged in to the 'Verotel Control Center' ... that's the only good way I've found to contact them. They seem to be available on there about 18 hours/day (based on my experience). Good luck, -Phil |

better of using wires with weekly payments, in this climate it seems much more prudent with the instability we keep seeing with billing companies

daddynastee - with verotel, it takes up to 12 weeks for a payout on 900 billing.
