if your host uses cogent they arent quality. what happens if the cogent pipe goes down? do you know what cogesnt back up is? NO BODY thats why its so cheap you can get a direct 100mb pipe for very cheap, because a. its shit bandwidth, a shit in the wall operatoin could set one up.

when looking for a host find out who they host, where they house there servers, how much support. if its only icq or phone. things you must know. if your box or virtual goes down in the middle of the night are you going to wait 12 hours for the owners/support people to wakeup?
