review sites - short or full page details?

How many surfers actually like to read full page reviews on a review site or do you think a short paragraph is better and then they can click thru? I'm thinking in terms of effort vs. payoff, I figure traffic and consolidated lists of sites is more important...

Small paragraph or a 3 lines of hypes bullet
