Sagonet ... urgent help needed!!!!
 

Anybody else having problems to get them on the phone or is it only me?

I am trying it for more than an hour ... without any luck. And they dont answer my mails.

Fuck ... i have only 2 hours left. They told me, that my account is past due and is subject of termination because the cc they have on file are declined. Yes, that's correct but i've sent them the new credit card number allready yesterday. :(

hrm i take it you filled out a ticket too? Their support isn't great, but generally when i've needed they've dealt with the problem in a reasonably timely matter..
