The irony of your post is not lost on me....

However,

there is absolutely a constitutional argument (actually several) that would render this law obsolete.

Equal protection clause comes to mind first.

Problem is that few people like this can afford to fight in federal court (let alone all the way to the Supreme Court)... and the ACLU (and there ilk) doesn't even notice when a white woman is the object of this type of scorn.

If this were a Muslim man... it would be front page news and a federal court would hear the case within a month.
