Most likely a DNS problem... Change ur DNS.

Everything is fine here, maybe the new virus is clogging your ISPs network

Try running some traceroutes as well, maybe your ISP is having a routing issue somewhere along the path.

Stay away from modems... Much dialerfucker out there =)
