I'm just getting into dating, but I know my traffic is worth a lot more than the $1/free join most places are paying. So I'm opting for revshare, but I'm just curious what free:paid ratios people are seeing?

Consensus thus far seems to be around 1:15 for good qualified traffic. You seeing any different?

Yup, chances are high such high priced memberships are being charged back, I even notice it on $89,95 sales.

In the phone sex biz when the government changed the FCC regs to liberalize non-payment of 900 charges, and made it so easy for people to call and not pay afterwards, we saw chargebacks go to 20% and up on sales.

At the volume we were at we'd get some months in the 6 figures being reversed. I used to go stir crazy when those chargeback reports would come in. It was horrible.

I'd pull the ANI's of the worst offenders and call them personally to curse them out.

The reason I ask is because with revshare, it is NOT a revenue source you can see being earned daily, I send 3k clicks and get 10 signups with a content site.

It's more a long term thing. Based on that and purchasing traffic I want to be able to see if what I'm doing is worthwhile.

I dunno I'm picky about things like this.
