Not sure mine is the most valuable on gfy, but anything under $10k is a bargain based on what I have seen others sale for. No doubt that, when I wake up fired up, I can get more views than anyone. February is sure to be an interesting month.

Been back in Phoenix for 14 months this time Beth, I was gone for a couple months in '02 --

I'm moving to LA this week, Phoenix is great, I love the weather (ok maybe not July and August), the people I know, my charity work and all that stuff.

But for what I want in the future, right now LA is the place to be situated. I'm getting really lucky though, found a house only a few blocks from the beach, nice quiet neighborhood but close to everything without having to drive to get there :)

I like Quiet.
The man behind the sig shows class, style and with all the BS still holds integrety. Something that is near imposible to achieve on GFY.

His sig space is not only valuable..
It could be considered sacred!

More power to you. I could never live in LA. Maybe the suburbs of SF, but LA is just too busy for me and the people you run into can be so rude and mean-spirited.

The cost of living there.. housing, etc.. is a pain also. I've had people tell me that the house I have here with the view and all would be worth 3 times more in the LA area.

Why am I not in that list?
