Need to scrub my transactions... but how ?

I have a 3th party billing sollution for my website but they dont process the transactions real time

now i was told that i need to :helpme scrub the transactions :helpme

How the hell does this works
with what

Can someone explain me this
or send me into the right direction to get more info on this
