I have a severmatrix server not working and I dont have a clue whats wrong...they're tech support has been less than stellar so I was wondering if any server gurus could give me a hand.

I dare say there are very few, if any, server problems I can't fix :)
This one was easy, but annoying due to bad initial server config.
