Registering a company in Europe?

Hello, i was just about to register a company in the US when a friend told me that actually is better to do bussiness in Europe. So i'd like to know where on the net i can register a company in EU, which country is the best (low taxes), etc.

We even don't have taxes for internet jobs here in Serbia&Montenegro,so i think here is the best:thumbsup

Really? Montenegro is part of UK, right? Where else in UK are "non resident" internet corps. exempt from taxes?
