Forming an adult company in CA
 

Anyone got good contacts for a lawyer that is adult friendly and knowledgable to help with paperwork, etc.. to start a new company? Website? etc..

there's places like bizfilings.com which will do it for you without the need of hiring a lawyer. Or better yet.. with a little bit of research you can do it yourself, the CA's sec. of state's office' website has some useful info and downloadable forms.

if you already know the corporate entity you want (C Corp, S status for example), you can do all the work yourself for a lot cheaper. There is no special corporation if you're going to do adult work per se, your biggest risks are more copyright / age of models issues, which a corporation won't shield you from - corporations are best at separating your money from the company's regarding any debt collection if things don't work out.
