Sorry for the confusion guys! The pipes froze and then exploded during Internext! So we returned home to utter disaster. Our office was in 3 inches of water. My office furniture, conputers, printers, copiers, phone systems...all ruined. Was fortunate to have most of my stuff on this laptop. This displaced us from not only home but work as well. For the delay in response we apologize, as it really couldn;t be helped. For anyone who had a customer service issue during our downtime due to this crazy mishap...we'll gladly credit everyone who shows us their customer service problem...a free month at SEGuru.Net at the end of recurring! I had the same problem Tuga, SE took care of 1 of the charges and I was promised a resolution on the rest I am owed. It has been a couple weeks, but due to his circumstances I'll wait a while to press.
