Actually, it's not. The problem is your 'hosts' file.

Someone has modified your Windows hosts file to exclude a whole bunch of domains, fpctraffic.com being one of them. You probably picked this up through KazaaLite, or some other free/spyware.

Or why not use a script like the one in my sig and send Japanese surfers to a Japanese sponsor like DTI Cash or DreamCash instead of wasting time altering your pages?
