its a good tip for companies to go by as well, the really good companies know its not enough just to "satisfy" a customer its about doing that "unexpected thing" that makes them stand out and shapes their attitude towards ur company...

Guy signs up for XXX site and gets say the usual access to other free sites but something unexpected he gets free software eraser software that will help him keep his tracks clean...

I think Darren was the last guy that went the extra mile for me. I had no experience in the adult industry and he took a chance that I could do what I said I can and gave me a job, meaning that I could quit my "real" job and work from home. Now the only person breathing down my neck for me to get my work done is Darren, and most of the time, it's more of a collaborative effort anyway.

If there were more people with Darren's attitude toward people and business, then I think companies would be a whole lot more successful.

Although...his organisation leaves some to be desired...I ordered a large jar of marmite, a box of Yorkshire Gold teabags and a pack of Extra Strength Lemsip. 3 weeks later, a box of Volume Pills shows up at my door...that was 3 weeks ago, still no marmite, tea or lemsip though, hehe.
