Well I've done business with Tomspics for several YEARS now, and I'd say he's never been ANYTHING but 100% up front, honest, accomodating and whatnot. I seriously think you need to remove your head from your ass. Really mature way to handle things. I applaud you. Not.

Another :thumbsup for TomsPics, working with him for about two years now, he's definitely a good guy.

I rarely ever get involved in pissing contests on the board, but this advertiser guy needs to go fuck himself.

First of all Tomspics doesn't own advanced submitter or handle the tech support for it. He just handles the database update service which you pay an additional fee for.
If you didn't get the tech support you needed that's not his fault.

Tom has done work for me in the past and I always got what I paid for.

Also the one time I needed tech support for AS they handled it for me in 2 hours.
