alright... I'm ready to jump.
I'll always have a deep love for Hawai'i.... but I'm tired of Maui.
So convince me of where & why I need to move to next. I'm thinking Mexico, maybe Grand Caymans.... something nice, but I need some adventure too. where else is nice? An island is always my preference, but all options are on the table now. BTW, nothing fucking cold.... I require tropical year round. |
Come to Montreal, it's an island too.
|
k, kciked aj out of the bed, its nice and warm inside here :) just dont go outside :)
|
I thought Maui was paradise?

when I said I was moving to Maui (from California), everyone said I was crazy and I'd never do it.
those people have since learned to keep their pie holes shut. is it so far fetched that I would now decide to go somewhere else? |
k just put out an extra mug in the morning for ya :)

I really got my eye on Mexico right now.... there's alot of things I don't like about it though. But alot of things I do like.
but again, an island is my preference. Anything fully tropical, reasonably low crime rates, and decent food. (warm ocean water would be nice too) |
Might be hard getting a good high speed connection in the Caymans

High speed is priority. |

Why not move to another Hawaiian island? Oahu or the big island?
|
Move to mexico if you never want to drink water again.

Oh oh oh....I got it!
Move to Guam! It's a US teritory in the Pacific, so you don't need to fuck around with immigration BS and it's tropical http://www.guam-online.com/gallery/gallery.htm |

Siesta Key or Long Boat Key |

Seriously, if I weren't so tied to Holland for various reasons, that's where I'd move. One of the few tropical island groups in the world that doesn't have to contend with serious tropical storms. Beautiful beaches, warm oceans, low crime rate, and a coconut that looks like this: (claimed by some to be the original forbidden fruit, for obvious reasons) http://www.mule.cobaltweb.com/cocomerz.jpg |

Not after those pics you posted last week :( For the money it must cost to live on what used to be the beach - I'd be moving too. |

Well... there is always DirecWav (satellite internet) from DirecTV... if you aren't into gaming it's probably decent. That would take care of the "must have broadband" requirement for those super remote areas. Start a thread and find out :) |

From a trivia site: The Coco de mer also called double coconut, is a palm tree found only on the Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean. The coco de mer fruit has 2 lobes and looks like 2 coconuts joined together. The fruit takes 10 years to mature, and can weigh up to 50 pounds, making it one of the largest fruits in the plant kingdom. The shells were found floating in the ocean long before anyone knew where they came from, and they were thought to have magical properties. |
