Its fast as shit. Just call their support number which is open 24 hours and they will review your site asap, with you on the phone. Make sure you complete the online app. first though.

I'm a highly impatient SOB. So you're saying if we submit the online application and any faxes etc. we may have to send in, I can call any time and be processing after the phone call?

You dont even have to have it faxed to be approved. You just call them and tell them your ready to use them for billing. They will ask for to look in your members area to make sure you dont have illegal stuff and then they say ok your ready and they set it up for ya. Then you just fax the contract whenever your ready.

All you money will sit in your ccbill account until they get the full contract. Its that quick and easy. Thats why I love them :) THey are always on the ball!

Sounds like a winner. If you feel like answering my lazy questions again, when I fill out the online stuff will I be able to set up all of the server stuff for processing right then?

No sweat I dont mind helping :)

Yes you are immediatry set up. See what I did was filled out the application on line. But after I did that I saw that it says it takes a few days for them to review it. Well I hapened to call them to ask a question and they went ahead and checked it with me on the phone.

They are good about that. Just call them. Make sure you fill out the app. though so they have it in front of them when your talking with them. They will have you up an runing fast. I was done in 30 min. Thats total call time, set up time and I was ready to take payments :)

Hmm, so this means Mastercard only in the meantime? Also, we were already approved by verotel months ago...do they by chance get Visa approval and if so would it worth with CCBill imediately because of that?

Heather Hamptons 01-25-2004 12:35 AM

yes visa does take a bit but in the meantime you can still get signups.

Do recommend that you chose a good name to be on there if your gonna use Visa because if you just use your name, thats what will show up not only on people bank statements but also on the website itself.

BUt yeah you'll be able to accept signups asap. Visa will take a little while no matter who you go through.

FAST

JulianSosa 01-25-2004 01:47 AM

About 6 months less than Ibill.

BTW why is Ibill the only processor that tells you that all new sites have to be approved by Visa and takes 4-6 weeks to do it ?

corvette 01-25-2004 01:56 AM

sorry i missed this earlier...there is an approval process; normally takes a few weeks, there have been a few instances where it has taken a bit longer than that
