What affiliate program systems are out there besides MPA2? I'm not looking for anything custom right now, just need to see what my options are.

You should check out the affilliate stats software offered by Jettis. It's the same stuff used by Hustler, CashQuest and several other major players who I can't name. Very good stats, cascading, fraud control, easy set up, fully customizable... etc, etc.

Do you have to use jettis as your primary to use this software?
Do you supply the source so people can tweak it?

The people there are excellent and down to earth and have one hell of a good setup. Craig and the rest of his crew would be able to fix you right up. And it's extremely affordable.
