It can be done quite cheap all depends how exclusive you wish to be i have some exclusive content that i take and then i have content that every tom dick n harry has. to fill in gaps. The min i think you need to be approved by billing company i think is about 700 images so it could be done on $100 but be shit and retain zero members.

Paysites can be started for less than $500 (look at these amateur cam girl sites) but to operate a good affiliate program with multiple sites and all that jazz you could run anywhere from 10k to 50k realistically.

It can be done for as little as hosting and the domain name and up from there. I have gone out, found girls that wanted their own website, did the photo and video shoots, did the programming and webdesign. Then marketed it. The girl would get a percentage of the profits for the website. As long as money was coming in, they would do new photoshoots and videos each month. Some will even do the 900# and live chat w/ video.

It all depends on how creative you on getting things done and what you know (sometimes who you know).

what i meant was what it would take to get a site going without lifting one finger on the project. of course if you get cheap hosting, do the site yourself, all plugins and dont spend a dime on marketing its only going to cost 1k. even less.

Or you could not go for exclusive, mainly focus on content blowouts, sobe content and stuff like that. That's $5k for a crapload of porn.
Design it yourself, go for something simple and clean, that's 2 days of work.
Hosting... use something like vibehost. $400 per month for 10mbps, no setup costs.
HTML labor/scripting... pretty cheap if you do most yourself, and just don't use the things which save you some time a day.
Marketing... use guerilla marketing, and add to that the $2000 you mentioned.

There, now you have a site that can do fairly well and has more content than 90% of the sites out there for under $7500.

2rich is soo right, we have a kick ass site but cant afford advertising. It's expensive!

seeing that you cant do any of those things yourself i guess... build the site yourself and save yourself 4k. also, 5k should be plenty to get you up and running for marketing.

You can open a few paysites and a money program for 5k these days if you do a big bulk of the work.

Drop the pictures, go with videos with screensnaps.
