Mpeg 1 or mpeg 2?
I am comverting some movies from avi to mpeg, but whats best to save as, mpeg 1 or 2? Whats the difference?

Ignore TheLCsaga fucking lame-ass url pasting answers. If someone
pastes a url to answer a question it means they are lazy and/or they don't actually know the correct answer. Pasters, the new breed of idiot infecting the Web. Quote:

mpeg-1 . mpeg-2 is the video format DVD's use and I think satellite tv. mpeg-1 is the most compatible format, 99% of people can play it.
