Well 4 downtimes this week with Jupiterhosting.
I don`t know how many times my server is down.

Now i am looking for a new hosting company.

do a search on M3server.com NOT 1 complaint! We have over 7 years of hosting knowhow. Your site will be UP :thumbsup

I have been with www.ezprovider.net for more than 3 years and have had like 2 hours down the entire time.

Also have dealt with www.techiemedia.net for about the same length of time.

EITHER of these companies will take damn good care of you, great support and fast service.
