When anyone compares Bush to Hitler, the entire U.S. media goes crazy. When Fox and Howard Stern and others compare Dean to Hitler, no one says a word.

No one is seriously comparing Dean to Hitler. Its just poking fun as his over-exhuberance and tendency to lose control of himself and perhaps his bowels. Whereas the Bush stuff, I personally have talked to people who really believe Bush is another Hitler. I have yet to hear of anyone realistically comparing Dean to Hitler.
