Found it... company called nCase.... their software was installed with some freeware shit i downloaded.

They say it will not be installed without permission... I would have never given permission for 3rd party software to be installed like that...


the program delivers ads to your computer..... since I keep getting 404 errors, I must assume that the software does not work.

To top it all off... you have to go to their web site to get other software to remove their shit.
