coffee or energy drinks?
 

if energy drinks,which ones? I'm partial to Rockstar,it has milk thistle which cleanses the liver for all ya alcholics out there.

if you are sitting on your ass all day like most of us, caffeine is the way to go, a lot of those energy drinks have a big carb load which is going to make you a big fat ass.

caffine will always be the best.

i bought a few of those enegry drinks a few days, Red Bull and Amp(or whatever the one mountain dew makes).

drank both of them right after each other and didnt really feel any different.

Wunderful life-giving coffeeeeeee....... there ain't nothing better in the morning in the whole world.

caffeine pills...

I never liked caffeine pills, they feel way too unnatural.

I'm an avid coffee drinker, and for energy drinks I try to buy a case of Rockstar whenever I'm across the border, awesome stuff :)

I also drink a lot of Yerba Mate, which is supposed to give you the energy of caffeine without the jitters, but it's not really that effective...

I only do caffeine if it's my only choice. I don't do sugar at all so if all they have is regular Diet Coke then I have to do caffeine. At home I drink decaf and sugar free stuff.

Caffeine has like zero affect on me, I just drink coffee for the taste. :(

I drink one cappuccino when I wake up and lots of green tea during the day.. I used to drink Red Bull but green tea is much better.

Oh man, if I had a bowl of those by my desk I would just never sleep... I fuken love those!

Fuck energy drinks. They're full of sugar, chemicals, bad acids and are have about a 2,000% markup over cost. Coffee and a good B vitamin complex is your best bet.

Sugar free redbull for me.
