Yea, there was someone else that tried to ride the google shirt tails and they did get sued... there is a post on here somewhere about it.

I am so sick of seeing sites cloned... that takes no imagination. Same with all these fucking remakes of movies. Com'on people, use your brain if you have one... come up with something original...

I have a fucking great idea for a site... 100% original and has NEVER been done before in adult or on the web. Troulble is it would be costly to get off the ground... So if anyone wants a great original idea that will be the next big thing in adult.... icq me and we can talk.... (non-disclosure agreement required)

There used to be a awsome site called Googlegear.com that had great pricing on cpu's and memory google got thier domain and they changed names do you think this adut se stands a chance in hell if being around in 6 months?

as far as I'm concerned it ifs 20% different from the original and isnt infringing on patent or copyright issues. Google shouldn't be able to touch em.. of course Google will probably win though. $$ always does.

Same colors, same design layout, same number of letters, same search box area, yea, its more then 20% the same...

If they didnt think that they were even CLOSE to trademark infringment theyd never have even put this at the bottom

Yeah it was bad enough they used a variation of the name, but to copy the design almost exactly wasn't smart :D
