The only problems I have had have all come from the States - But I am pretty sure one was a simple set up where the person had no intention of making money, just trying to get my cb ratios sky high -

From Nigeria - Probably zero - There is only one computer and all Nigerians must take turns to use it - So far, they haven't gotten any further than "I want to put 20 million dollars in your account..."

Apparantly, this brings in so much money from America, the average Nigerian now only needs to book (Nigeria's only) computer only once every two years.

If you were accepting credit cards on a site...why would you even accept cards from a third world nation? Just disable those countries. Disable Russia.

Your sales are going to come from the countries with credit cards...mostly the ones that speak English. The U.S., UK, Canada, some western Europe, Australia, Japan...these are the countries sales come from. Disable the rest of the world and redirect them to dialers and you won't lose any money.

We get a lot of fraud from Indonesia.

These fuckers order like a $1000 worth of sex toys and expect that it's going to be shipped to Indonesia. Idiots.

We also get fraud orders from countries like Chile, Hungary, and Russia where they just order the cheapest thing on the site to test their card numbers. If it isn't declined immediately then they know it is an active card.

Over the years we have learned to block access to our store from countries that have repeated credit card problems. We do not even let them get to where they can enter a card number.

This includes most of the middle east including Israel, Russia, most of Latin America and Hoboken New Jersey LOL.
