In an attempt to head off charges, Limbaugh?s attorney, Roy Black, wrote prosecutors on Dec. 11 to suggest that his client enter a court-sponsored drug intervention program without a guilty plea.

?I believe this proposal would be in keeping with the public interest,? Black wrote. ?The public is better served by treating addicts as patients rather than criminals.?

Send him to a real prison, not a white collar one. Hopefully someone kills him in there.

It's fucks like him that are the reason I'm fighting a 3 year jail term for nothing more than some marijuana.

Did you get caught dealing?

Nope. Weed wasn't even mine. A friend of mine who was kicked out of her house left it in my car with her clothes and stuff. It was in a school zone and enough to be intent to sell. Small town cops just had a field day and charged me with everything they could possibly find. They were looking through the books from around 9pm-2am while I was in a holding cell.

Cops, no matter who they are, deserve to die.
