epoch stats screwed
been this way for a week now. You can see your sales for the day but then when you look at yesterday or days before they always vanish ...you can only see the day you are currently in...everyone else having this same problem?
|
I know.. we were wondering if anybodyelse is as annoyed as we are.
Can't view current days stats, and affiliate reporting is screwed too.. we've complained but i guess they are snowed under. I wish they hadn't chnaged systems, its been non-stop problems since they did. we like paycom, but this is beyond the joke. |
I thought it was just me, seen the same thing 2 day's ago.
|
Just checked my stats for BOB, I seen 3 sales yesterday, and now they are gone? WTF?
|
I steal sales! :Graucho

yes.. we've had non-stop complaints from affiliates claiming the same thing.. lets hope they bring their old system back |
I'm looking into this now.
Anyone who sees any anomaly with their stats, please send an email to [email protected] and CC me [email protected]. Include your Master Code and phone number. I can assure you that all sales are being tracked and recorded properly and this is simply a reporting issue that we will address with urgency. --Rand |

And even if the sales are being tracked unless they're being reported the affiliates are getting fucked over. |
I've been having the same problem for over a week. All of a sudden today I can't even login to check stats at all.
|
This is the stupidest thing that Epoch has EVER done. The new system is pure diarrhea. I can't even begin to list the ways in which the new statistics and admin SUCKS. Suffice it to say it should be tossed in the garbage immediately.
The funny thing is, their stats were pretty decent to begin with.. I don't even see why they needed to change them. But they should never have shut off the old system until everyone was happy with the new turd system. It's like they are trying to ruin the company over there. ..and all this has happened hot on the heels of CCBill finally getting their reseller system to work well hmmmmmm |

Your crazy.. This is the best thing they have done.. The breakdowns are awsome. It really helps with detecting who's traffic is converting.. who's not.. Chargebacks.. and so on. |
yeah OK- I especially like the way all the totals are wrong
the old stats were fine- these new ones have some interesting ideas, but they are super buggy right now. In any case they shouldn't turn off the old ones until the new ones are at least on the same par. my resellers are going ballistic.. |
I would like a link to the old system if data is still being calculated for it.
|
How can such a large company higher such under-qualified programmers? They must be basing their employment decisions on papers instead of knowledge and experience.

-- Epoch Stats --
When I first read this post, I wasn't exactly clear that you guys were asking about affiliate stats. The affiliate stats have been migrated to a new server and reporting system. The old URL was supposed to be redirecting to the new URL but wasn't. This has been fixed. The new stats URL that affiliates should bookmark is http://www.epochsystems.com/reports/...ellerLogin.php If you have any comments or suggestions about how to improve the new stats, we are open to your constructive comments and will implement anything that makes sense for all. Your comments are welcome at [email protected]. Include your affiliate ID with any specific questions so that we can look at your account specifically. --Rand |
Rand please tell me that the numbers showing up in the new reseller stats are incorrect.
I know the the number of trials/rebills etc that are showing up don't match up correctly with the $$ amounts being shown. Also some of the numbers from certain days that were missing before look alot different than they looked when I checked them on that particular day. Also, a column showing the totals for reseller split and maybe a total for what the check will be after processing fees would be nice :thumbsup |
