Watch Out - wupdater.exe scumware
 

I don't know how I got this scumware/adware but it put itself in my registry "run" section and was blocking outlook and browsers and other programs from running while it churned away doing *something*.

Ad-Aware couldn't find it.
SpyBot S&D couldn't find it.
finally hijack this found it.
