Ok. I've taken your polite suggestions into consideration and redesigned Hood Rat.net . If you could, please revisit the site and tell me what else I need to do to make it better. Also, the links don't work since 10dollarcash.com's sites are down right now!

Not clowning ya, but where is the site? I see a nice logo and some links. If thats not an exit pop window then I suggest you add some substance to the page.
