Whats better than google?
 

I found myself exclusively using Google for the last few years.

I even have the fucking toolbar installled.

But maybe google isnt that hot anymore: any new, promising
SE's out there i should keep an eye on?

If you mean good for selling porn or pulling up 300,000 cloaked and spammed pages that 75% of the time don't even deal with your search keywords, then I'd say nothing's better than Google.

If you're talking about actually being able to find relevant info you're looking for without 10 hours of wading through bullshit, then I'd say my grandmother sitting in her living room with a set of encyclopedias is better.

http://dogpile.com/ is my second most used SE. Yahoo too cluster fuck for me.

It is being hyped up as year of the search, Yahoo! and Microsoft are supposed to come up with some good. So we will see I guess.

nothing beats google at the moment, but I think the hype will slow down this year
