Ladies Never Move
 

From Paul Johnson's new book Art:

"Ladies," said Lord Curzon, instructing his new American wife in the ritual of English sexual congress, "never move."

I think that's extreme, but I've often found too much movement distracting, making it impossible for me to hit my target. This grows more difficult as I age.
