Actually it's the opposite, *ANY* form of work in adult is at least 50% cheaper than any work in mainstream, for reasons i've mentioned several times, including competition from designers in third world, eastern european countries that can live off $3 an hour bringing prices down, as well as uni students and under qualified/experienced people being able to operate on a much more level playing field without face to face contact, with their lower income demands allowing them to drive prices down.
a flash banner like you might see on the top of gfy costs around $350 in mainstream, but adult designers do it for $50-$100.
However the same forces that work to the detriment of prices also work to the benefit of those looking for work - it's much easier for most people to find jobs just by hitting the chatboards than it is to walk into a business with a laptop for a presentation on the benefits of using your company.
