Proof enough being shaved?
 

ok this is one of the great moments when you feel fucked...
i look at my statsremote total amount of signups this month... close it to the tray... looks back at it to check some PPC sponsors and notice -4 signups total

awesome, right?
i checked todays stats and those are ok (as i can remember who sent exactly how many)

so the 4 signups dissapeared from previous date

i cannot say where the money was lost

all i know is that i am 110% sure 4 signups are gone now


could it be statsremote...?? i somehow doubt it...

I don't think stats remote could shave out some signups inside the sponsor programs.

It indicates wrong figures from time to time but i would be very surprised if it could mess up anything inside sponsors servers.

I use it for almost a year with a shitload of sponsors and never noticed something like this

I posted this in another thread two days ago...

Sometimes it happens that StatsRemote connects to the stats and the stats page is not fully loaded or there are errors on the stats page. In such a case it might misinterpret the stats and display wrong figures. Usually it's corrected when the software checks the stats again.
