i'm new at this. i am looking to start a tgp as well as a paysite. for the paysite... where can i go to find some quality content to resell? thanks!

Do you mean resell or publish? If you're just using it for your sites, it's not reselling and you don't need a special license. If you want to sell the content to other webmasters, you do. Either way, hit me up on ICQ or email and I'll hook you up with a stellar deal.
