Reality site: legal considerations
 

Hey guys,

I'm working with an investor to create a new reality porn site. I'd like to know what kinds of legal considerations are involved with something like this? As in, what kind of liabilities do I need to make sure I have covered, what are the laws regarding having people off the street in a video without them all signing a waiver, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You do know most reality sites are not real?

Yes of course... I just want to see if there's anything i havent thought of. We're going to be using paid models and what not. Any thoughts?
