We are still looking at it but it seems that we only received a single month out of the four months of reserve payments that were due yesterday.

So three months are still missing? Is this the case with everyone else?

There were only 2 months that had been held (Nov and December). Most of November should have been released on this payout. If you contact your rep, they should be able to look at your statement with you and make sure everything is correct. If you have any problems you can contact me directly. I am at x4602. i'm seriously confused about the reserves. it looks like we only got a month as well...
