Google Copyright question
there are many search engines and sites which display the results based on google..also are scripts for parsing google and display the results on your page.. is this legal? aren't they violate the google terms of service:
"You may not take the results from a Google search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Google home page or results pages on your Web site. You may not "meta-search" Google." http://www.google.co.uk/terms_of_service.html |
If you have a google API license key, then you're free to do what you want with the results up to the limits of that key. You're not "supposed" to mirror their site directly but with the API you're free to do what you like with their results.
