Maybe if we payed them more they'd stay. Those other countries you speak of tend to cough up the cash and benefits, whereas Canada.... doesn't. You can't go telling folks where they have to work. We already legislate how much they can make in any given province, if we start placing sanctions on not allowing them to leave to work elsewhere what would that fucking make us?
