If so reccomend a good book to read. the last few books I've read have not impressed me.

King of torts- average
Prey- Slow, unimpressive
Relic- average - unexciting

Time Traveler's Wife - good
King of Torts - liked it (his books are an easy read - read it on the plane and back to Vegas)
Angels and Demons - excellent
Story of Pi - great - especially the ending
Bleachers (again - easy read)

Don Quioxte is awesome stuff. Just finished it a few months ago.

The Dune Series by Frank Herbert. Excellent for poli-sci buffs.

H.P. Lovecraft's The Call of Cthulu and other stories
